Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.
Damages DreamTune is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
